Cops apprehend man who in broad daylight, kidnapped a teenage schoolgirl and forced her to perform sexual acts on him

In connection with the kidnapping of a teenage girl in south-west London, a 26-year-old man has been arrested.

The perpetrator, Kadian Nelson, was arrested at about 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, by officers in nearby Tooting after police launched an appeal to follow him.

The victim, an 11-year-old girl, was on her way to school in London, England, in Mitcham / Colliers Wood, when the alleged suspect abducted her and forced her to perform sexual acts on him.

A lady who filmed and confronted the man when she spotted them together saved her from further agony.

Police said Kadian was detained following a call from a member of the public on suspicion of rape.

The arrest comes as South West Command Unit officers undertook thorough inquiries to find the alleged rapist after police were called to Mitcham’s North Place area just after 7 am on Tuesday following a teenage girl’s reported rape.

The victim and her family were told that,  the suspect was arrested and remains in custody.

“Mitcham and Morden MP Siobhain McDonagh MP said in a statement on Tuesday evening, November 3,” My heart goes out to the young girl who was kidnapped this morning in Mitcham on her way to school.

The incredible courage of a lady who pursued and filmed them almost certainly rescued the victim from any further suffering and presented extremely valuable evidence to the police for what I sincerely hope would be the attacker’s rapid capture and early arrest.’
