As he spoke to one of his friends, a man had his penis ripped off by a crazed dog.

After the terrifying attack in the Stony Hill neighborhood of St Andrew Parish in Jamaica, the handyman, who was identified only as Neily, was rushed to the hospital.

Until the hound set upon him on Saturday, December 12, he was speaking to a woman at her gate.

In his local dialect, Neily told The Weekend Star, “The dog bites me pan… pushes him through the grille with his mouth because I close my deh and bite my pan.”

After the attack, the victim was left screaming in pain and was treated at the Stony Hill clinic.

He added: “The nurse takes care of it and kills the pain and all that.” Dem is killing out the illness. Mi Nah go near dem dog deh, yah man again.

Dogs are known to harass callers at home, but they have never chomped on their genitals before.

A neighbor told the paper using the same dialect: “A few aggressive dogs dem, enuh.” Dem is going to attack people coming from you near the premises. But we hear a dem suck off a slice of the penis for the first time. Glad di dog never tek off still anything.

Neily told The Star he did not want to sue the owners of the dogs as they took him to get medical attention and made sure he was taken care of.
