The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Abuja branch is expected to complete its Gudu office complex.
Branch Chairman, Esv. Ikenna Lansar Aghaji, during the commissioning of a 3-bedroom bungalow in Supercell Estate, Apo, Abuja, made this public.
He said the new complex would be a source of income for the Abuja branch, as the rental value of N1 million per annum would go a long way to help with the branch’s finances.
The president of NIESV, Esv. In his remarks, Emmanuel Okas Wike thanked Esv. Aghaji added that the Board of Trustees of NIESV will remain the owners of the land, in order to complete the project in less than six months after taking office.
