Before using a needle and thread to stitch up the damages they had inflicted, a firefighter and his wife subjected a seven-year-old girl to a brutal sexual assault, according to a police study.

It is said that Argelio Pupo, 32, and Morgan Keene, 27, told the seven-year-old girl they were going to teach her how to have a child.”

The vile attack is one of a number that seems to have taken place in Apopka, a town in Orange County, Florida, between May and November.

In order to protect the alleged victim, many of the specifics of the case are being withheld.

On November 11, police went to a house in Apopka to find a girl crying under a table.

According to an arrest warrant, she told police that she had been coerced into “sexual acts that she did not wish to perform.”

Keene told a friend that Pupo used the kit to stitch a wound caused by the suspected assault in a text message being used as evidence by police, adding that no anesthetic had been used.

On November 13, both suspects were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail.

Keene told the arresting officers she wanted a dupe out of her house because he had threatened her, causing a black eye and partial loss of vision.

She also claims that when she told him she was pregnant, he kicked her in the abdomen. The police report notes that “[Keene] described how her husband put her in the emotional fear and distress of her life.”

Also under investigation by the fire department is Pupo.

Austin D. Blake, Assistant Kissimmee Manager told Spectrum News: “Argelio Pupo has also been relieved of his position and is on administrative unpaid leave from the Kissimmee Fire Department awaiting an administrative review of his case and criminal charges.”
