After making a new hand sanitizer line, Kylie Jenner was criticized by fans of “profiting from the pandemic.”
On Tuesday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added to her Kylie Skin product line a lux edition of the germ-killing spray.
Kylie, 23, last month revealed that the coveted pandemic must-have was her skincare line.
Since then she has been actively promoting her business on social media.
The sanitizer is marketed as keeping “safe and clean at all times” for its consumers.
The substance is also advertised as 80% alcohol-formulated, fast-drying, relaxing and capable of protecting the skin from dryness.
But many of the angry followers of the star believed it was a “rip off” product that comes in a pretty pink bottle and retails at $7 (5,145).
Like several of her previous new products, the product which retails at a much higher price than comparable products has not yet sold out.
Last year, the Kylie Skin collection was launched in May.
Opening up on her decision to move from cosmetics to skincare, she said: “Skincare and makeup go hand in hand, and straight after Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin was something I dreamed up.”
