Mesut Ozil to sign a 3-year deal with Fenerbahce in Turkey


After the midfielder officially agreed to join Turkish side Fenerbahce, Mesut Ozil is set to eventually end his career at Arsenal.

In 2013, the German footballer joined Real Madrid’s Gunners, but been out of the plans of coach Mikel Arteta since he took charge in December 2019.

Turkey’s sources say it is a ‘dream move’ for the 32-year-old who is supposed to join this month’s 19-time Turkish league champions.

He settled on a three-and-a-half-year extension, the report said, which brings his £ 350,000 per week deal at Arsenal to an end.
