The Nasarawa State government says it aims to construct a secretarial complex worth N14.7 billion to ease the problems of office accommodation.
This was announced by Information Commissioner Dogo Shammah after an emergency state executive council meeting on Monday.
He said the building of the new secretariat complex was included in the budget for 2021.
He said the project allocated 180.88 hectares of land.
Until completed, the state secretariat will serve as a one-stop-shop for the public to connect with officials of the government, he added.
