Nigeria Man sues 2face Idibia, Kanu Nwankwo, Davido and 46 others to court over their involvement in EndSARS protest


At least 50 persons are facing a criminal prosecution for their role in the campaign against the end of SARS.

The criminal complaint was filed by a person known as Kenechukwu Okeke, with the Twitter handle @HumanRightsNG.


He said that his properties were destroyed by the 50 “accused individuals” during the riots “instigated and incited” and demanded that the organizers of the End SARS protests be brought to justice.


Celebrities are the majority of the 50 names listed in the suit. Aisha Yesufu, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, Tuface, Kanu Nwankwo, Davido, Banky W, Uche Jombo, Kiki Mordi, Falz, Yul Edochie, Flavor, Yemi Alade, Peter Okoye, Paul Okoye, Burna Boy, Modupe “Moe” Odele, and many others.



Pursuant to Sections 88, 109(a), 110(1)(c) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, the case was launched on Monday.

The reaction of Nigerians was to slam the complainant. Some indicated that his account was a fake account and asked him to file his real name and account with the suit. He was slammed by others who said he was a disgrace to the Igbo culture.
