Both accusations against him have been refuted by a rapper and producer accused of sexually assaulting and taking lewd pictures of a two-year-old girl.

Publicly known as Mistakay, Kieran Cunliffe has been arrested and charged with 10 offenses in relation to the sexual assault of a child.

Five charges of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 and one count of assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration of a body part are charged by the 25-year-old from Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

YorkshireLive has confirmed that he has also been charged with two counts of taking an indecent picture of a child and two counts of transmitting an indecent photograph of a child.

Mr Cunliffe, appearing via video link from HMP Doncaster, lodged non-guilty pleas at Sheffield Crown Court on all 10 counts.

During the hearing, he wore glasses and a black Nike jumper, and a trial was listed for May 18, 2021.

At the hearing, no application for bail was made by Mr Cunliffe or his representative.

The suspected crimes were committed on or before 6 October 2020 and the indented photographs are in category A and category B.

Class A is the most extreme category, and any image showing a child engaged in penetrative sexual activity is considered by the government to be put in the highest category.
