Donald Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, along with at least three other officials, reportedly tested positive for Covid-19.
On Friday evening in November, two senior administration officials reported the diagnosis to the Associated Press.
The news comes only days after Meadows appeared at a White House party with Trump along with other individuals who did not wear masks.
At least four other White House officials have been infected, including one of Meadows’s closest aides, Cassidy Hutchinson. According to administration officials, a top Trump campaign aide, Nick Teacher, is also tainted.
According to NBC News, before the latest two cases were reported, 28 individuals linked to the Trump administration or their contacts tested positive for COVID-19 in late September or early October.
